Ramen with Sesame Crusted Tempeh

1stp Sesame Oil

1 tbsp Minced Garlic

1 tbsp Minced Ginger

2 Star Anise

1 Cinnamon Stick

4tbsp Soy Sauce

500ml Vegetable Stock

2 Packs of Rice Noodles
Fry the garlic, star anise and cinnamon in the sesame oil for 1 minute.

Add the stock and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the noodles 2 minutes before serving.
Problems, Concerns & Direct Comments:

1/2 block of cubed Tempeh

1 tsp Brown Sugar

1sp Sesame Oil

1 tsp Sriracha

1 tsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Mix ingredients together.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Other toppings:
Pak Choi, Bean Sprouts, Red Chili, Peanuts, Mint, Cilantro
